			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #939393;">This has been one of my favorite photographs of Chicago, even if it was shot from a moving Metra train as it approached the city.  This was pretty early in the morning last June, and the top half of the city was in the clouds.  Converted to black and white everything looks very gloomy and depressing, which is how I&#8217;ve always pictured Chicago, the land of rust and soot covered red bricks!</span></p>
